What is Punch Card?

Punch cards allow you to purchase a set amount of visits to any of our classes for a price significantly lower than the drop in price. Once purchased, you will need to bring the card with you to classes and present it to your instructor. Do you sell Gift cards?

Gift certificates are available on request for various dollar amounts.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB or Discover logo, and cash. We currently do not accept debit or Interac cards!

Is parking available?

There is ample free public parking available on both sides of the building.

What if I signed up for a class and cannot come?

I am not flexible at all/ I have weak upper body/ I (add your own thought). Can I still join the classes at North Pole Dance?

Our classes are designed to help you improve your stamina, endurance, strengths and flexibility in a way that’s enjoyable for you. We understand that everybody is unique in their physical shape and abilities, and everybody has their unique goals. We will support, teach and encourage you on the journey to achieving your goals.

Can I observe a class first and then join if I like it? Can my family members/friends observe me during my class?

Admission to our classes is strictly limited to participants. We value our participant’s privacy and strive to provide a safe learning environment. There are lots of publicly available video materials (for example, on YouTube), that will give you a good idea about these kinds of activities.

Should I expect to experience pain or bruising?

Most individuals, who are generally healthy, can enjoy Pole Dancing classes. Like many other sports activities, pole dancing and other activities at North Pole Dance can be physically strenuous. These classes are not recommended for people who suffer from neck and/or back problems. When taking up any new physical activity, some bruising is possible and likely, especially for beginners who chose to learn pole dancing. It might take some time…

Every journey starts with a small step. We welcome participants with little or no experience as well as experienced dancers/yogis. What should I wear for the class?

Pole Dancing For the best result, wear shorts that leave all your legs open and a sleeveless short top. You will be holding to the pole with different parts of your body, and having extra clothes on will result into sliding off the pole.
